An overview of States of Transition' held at the Consulado Del Mar Cultural Centre in Burgos, Spain. The home town of Sebas Velasco. Through a new body of work, the exhibition observes the shifting relationship between the urban environment and economical/political structures of Central and Eastern European countries.
